Background

Micro Scooters has been a global leader in premium scooter design for over two decades, serving families, commuters, and outdoor enthusiasts. With their B2B operations expanding, they required a customised eCommerce solution to their wholesale processes.

We began with an in-depth Discovery & Research phase to fully understand the needs of their B2B buyers. The site incorporates Shopify Plus out-of-the-box B2B functionality, allowing for features such as bulk order capabilities to simplify large purchases, specific price tiers for individual companies to reflect custom agreements, and tailored payment terms and methods for each buyer.

To support operations, we also designed the solution architecture for integrating their Netsuite ERP. We ensured Netsuite and Shopify Plus would be talking the same language, syncing orders, products, inventory, and customer data.
