Pointer and Hound wanted to help customers find the right fit by seeing their products on dogs similar to their own. The Pack turns customer photos, dog measurements and purchase history into a browsable directory within the existing Shopify store.

Playceholdr shaped the requirements into a detailed scope and solution before building the custom app. Customers submit profiles through their existing Shopify accounts, with purchased products available to select. An admin dashboard brings review, editing and approval into one workflow, supported by automated notifications. The embedded directory gives the team control over content while keeping the customer experience connected to the store.

“Alex and the team have been awesome to work with for building a new custom app on our website! The process has been super smooth, and we are very happy with the service and end result. Would highly recommend them, and will certainly be using them again for future web builds / new app features in the future! ”
